Simon has been in emmersed in Real Estate since 2016. Having lived in East Auckland area for the last 15 years, Simon's skill sets come from a background in bussines appliction systems such as office multifunctional devices, software business solutions, telco offerings to name a few in an industry where negotiating is at the highest level. Having this abilty allows Simon to adapt those skills in Real Estate where this has seen multiple clients benefit from this in securing their first home to achieving record prices across Auckland and predominately East Auckland.
Simon also works with his wife Renee Davies, Kevin Marginson (Father in law) in a high performing team providing the complete package for our clients.

Outside of Real Estate, Simon & Renee have two children Tylah and Jackson whom both attend Cockle Bay School and attend community events and support as many local residents where possible.
